We temporarily keep payment screenshots only to verify orders

We share your name, phone number, and complete address (in the format you provided) with our delivery partner only for order fulfillment
This helps our delivery partner reach you easily and ensure your plants are delivered correctly

Delivery Process:

Our delivery partner will contact you using the phone number you provided
Please ensure someone is available to receive the plants
We're not responsible if no one is available at the delivery address

5. Plant Guarantee and Care

We offer a 30-day plant health guarantee from the date of delivery
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos
We'll replace the damaged plant once (shipping charges for replacement may apply)

Plant Care Responsibility:

Once delivered, it's your responsibility to care for the plants
Follow the care instructions we provide
We're not responsible for plants that die due to neglect or improper conditions after delivery

No Returns Policy:

We do not accept returns under any circumstances
The 30-day guarantee only covers replacement for damaged plants reported within 24 hours of delivery

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order before it's shipped
Contact us immediately on WhatsApp to cancel
No cancellations after the order has been shipped

Refunds:

Refunds are given only for: Damaged plants (must report within 24 hours of delivery with photos), wrong plants sent (must report immediately with photos), orders cancelled before shipping
Refunds are processed through the same UPI ID used for payment
Refund processing may take 3-5 business days
No refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by customer

7. Website Use

Our website is a catalogue only - you can't place orders directly
All images and content are copyrighted and belong to RajSucculents
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our website or services for any illegal purpose
Harass or abuse our staff or delivery partners
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to hack or interfere with our website

9. Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for any damages caused by our plants after delivery

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order

Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through direct communication
For unresolved disputes, the courts in Bolpur will have jurisdiction
